Thumbnails and Style Frames created on my iPad with Procreate.
3D Modeling, Layout, and Animation in VR with Quill.
Final Composite with Audio in After Effect and Premiere.

Character Transition Animation

Thumbnails

This is where the idea comes out. If it looks good in this stage, then it will look good in the end.

Animation

Frame by frame the character is posed and inbetweened to match the thumbnails. This part of the process is the most time consuming, but it goes by pain-free if I have a good podcast to listen to.

Lighting

One of the most satisfying parts of the process, light and shadow is added.

Final

Some color correction and extra 2D FX are added in the compositing stage. Also, audio is finalized. Tada!
